We Pay Shipping on All Orders with Standard Delivery (3-4 days)!


Shipping Delivery time Estimates

We ship directly from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours after ordering. Currently, we only offer shipping to the continental US. Most items are usually delivered within 3-4 days of the time the order was placed. However, during periods of high demand, our shipping times may increase up to 7 days. If your product has not arrived within 7 days of placing the order, we ask to check the tracking number linked to the package to confirm any shipping delays by the carrier.

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at with a photo of the damaged product so we can send you another for free. Our team will ship a replacement for the damaged or defective product within 1 business day of processing the request.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email immediately after your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pet in Pack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price.
