Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless backed by the 10 Year warranty for seat protectors.
If you decide to return, we ask that your item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To process and complete your return, visit our returns page at petinpack.returnscenter.com or contact us at email@example.com. We will provide a return shipping address after receiving your request to refund.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as well as instructions on how to begin the refund process.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of receipt.
Warranty on Damages
Our PETinPACK seat protectors are backed with a 10 Year Warranty for any major damages. You can submit a warranty claim here: Contact Us
Please make sure to include a photo of the damaged product with the warranty claim. If the claim is accepted, we will ship a replacement for the original product within 1 business day of processing the request.
1. The PETinPACK seat protector warranty does not include ordinary wear and tear that does not impede regular use of the product. Only major damages that make the seat protectors unusable are backed by this warranty
2. The PETinPACK seat protector warranty does not include damages caused by inappropriate usage. For example, placing heavy dumbbells on the hammock portion of the seat protector, which is not designed to carry constant weight.
3. For products ineligible for replacement by warranty, PETinPACK may, at their discretion, offer the customer a discount for new products
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only accept order cancellations 24 hours after placing the order. If more than than 24 hours have passed since placing the order, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a cancellation since our team have likely already shipped the package. You may request a refund once the product arrives.
If you would like to place an order cancellation request within the 24 hour timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com to process your request. Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of receipt.
Exchanges or Damaged on Arrival (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with an image of the damages and we will send you a free replacement. Our team will ship a replacement for the damaged or defective product within 1 business day of processing the request.
Order Never Arrived
We ship directly from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours after ordering. Orders will usually arrive within 3-4 days. You will receive tracking details when your order ships. If your product has not arrived within 7 days of placing the order, we ask to check the tracking number linked to the package to confirm any shipping delays by the carrier.
