Your orders are packed and shipped from our US warehouses.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship directly from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours after ordering. Orders will usually arrive within 3-4 days. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.

Can you ship to PO boxes?
Sure!
You can do this by giving us the physical street address of your post office; followed by the post office box number, city, state, and zip code.

This will allow the courier to deliver directly to your post office and the postal staff will deliver your items to your PO Box.

Uh oh, my pet tore up the item! What can I do?
We understand some pets may get excited with our items and chew them up or deliberately scratch them. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn't an error on our part. Deliberate destruction by pets is non-returnable.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a new one?
We try to ship our products as carefully as we can, but there may be times where the order arrives damaged due to poor handling

- A picture of the damaged product.

Which forms of payment can I use?
Currently we accept payments through Paypal and Credit Cards ( Visa, MasterCard and American Express )
Wire Transfers/ACH and Personal Checks are not accepted.
